The Timeline:

Ceremony

3:00 PM

The most important part of our day! We invite you to be our witnesses as we make our sacred commitment and exchange vows before the Lord.

Cocktail Hour

3:30 PM

A wagon will transport you directly from the ceremony to cocktail hour. Grab one of our favorite drinks and mingle while we sneak away for a few photos as newlyweds!

Let's Eat

5:00 PM

Give us a hug on your way into the reception space, then find your seat. Our caterer's will be bringing out your plated meal shortly. Eat up, then grab something sweet from the dessert table.

Dancin' Time

6:30 PM

After enjoying dessert, grab a final drink, slip into your dancing shoes, and join us on the dance floor. We're ready to celebrate and dance the night away!

After Party

11:30 PM

Ready for the after-party? A party bus will be waiting to transport guests directly to the Ho-Chunk Casino. Come keep the celebration going with us by enjoying games, live music, and more!

The Venue:

Both our ceremony and reception will be held at Burlap & Bells in Black River Falls. The ceremony will take place outdoors in the beautiful Tree Grove.

If Driving: A wagon will be waiting at the venue's parking area to transport you from your vehicle directly to the ceremony site.

If Staying at Ho-Chunk: Dedicated transportation will take you directly from the hotel to the venue, ensuring your car is ready for you in the morning! :)

Following the ceremony, the wagon will be on standby to transport guests directly to the reception area, where cocktail hour and the rest of the celebration will promptly begin.

Hotel:

For the easiest and most convenient stay, we highly recommend booking your room at the Ho-Chunk Casino/Hotel in Black River Falls. By staying here, you can take full advantage of the complimentary round-trip transportation we have arranged for the night of the wedding!

Since our wedding weekend coincides with the area's annual Cranberry Fest, hotel availability is limited and we were unable to arrange room blocks. Please plan to secure your accommodations promptly. Reservations are now open, so we advise booking as soon as possible!!

We expect that they will be booked by the end of January, so please book as soon as you can!
